A pretty simple program.  Select the Error Meaning menu item.  Then type in the error number you want to know about.  Information about it will be displayed in the dialog box.  The second part of the explanation (after the two full stops) is more for programmers to test for a particular type of error in their code.

  5. This program is a mere 7K in size.  It runs on 30K of RAM.

  7. I'm not charging for this program as it only took about an hour to write.  However, this program is not in the public domain and all rights belong to me, Mary Cook.

  13. PenUltima: A simple word processor for children that can also be used to replace the Note Pad in the Apple Menu (it uses a lot less RAM).  There is a shareware fee of £2 if you use this program for more than 30 days.
